Membership & payment terms

What you purchase

The checkout page shows the price, membership duration and daily profile allowance before payment. Payments purchase access features, not guaranteed matches or responses. Membership purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. A daily allowance counts unique full profiles; feed previews may remain available.

Confirmation and expiry

Access is activated after payment is verified with Paystack. Keep your payment reference. If confirmation is delayed, use “Recheck payment” in Membership & payments. Your account shows the membership expiry date.

Refunds and problems

Do not pay again while a payment is pending. Duplicate charges, missing access and refund requests require review with your reference. Refunds are subject to applicable consumer law; these terms do not waive statutory rights. Send payment problems and refund requests to our support email with your payment reference. The detailed refund handling process must be completed before public checkout.

Test payments

Test-mode payments do not transfer real money. Web payment offers may be unavailable in the Android app.
