Terms & conditions

Testing policy draft · Updated 6 October 2026

Using the community

SeeBlu is operated by Kinomoshq Ltd for people aged 18 or older seeking friendship, dating and meaningful connections. These terms cover use of the site and app. Our Privacy policy, Cookie policy and payment terms explain the related features.

No paying for sex

SeeBlu is for people meeting each other. Offering, asking for or arranging money, gifts or “transport fare” in exchange for sex, hook-ups or a night together is prohibited, as is acting as a go-between for anyone else. Posts and messages that do this are blocked automatically, reported to our team, and can lead to the account being suspended and, where the law requires, reported to the authorities.

Your account

Give accurate account and age information, keep your password private and use account recovery if you lose access. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell support if you suspect someone has accessed it without permission. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent staff status or create accounts to evade moderation.

Content and behaviour

Only upload content you own or have permission to share. Be honest about who you are and what you are looking for. Respect consent and boundaries. Keep posts and conversations respectful and appropriate for the community. Harassment, scams, impersonation, abuse, spam, unlawful activity and sharing someone’s private information without permission are prohibited.

Public contact details are restricted. Automated filtering and human moderation cannot detect every breach. Use report and block controls when you encounter unsafe conduct. Meet carefully and read our safety guidance.

Uploads and permissions

You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service, subject to your account controls. Uploads can be reviewed before publication. We may remove content or restrict accounts to address abuse, legal obligations or service security. Contact support if you think an action was mistaken.

Privacy and account controls

A visible profile and approved content can be available to other visitors. Hide your profile if you want to pause discovery. Hiding is different from deleting your account. Location is optional and nearby distances are approximate. Other members do not receive your coordinates through public profile data.

Membership

Available plans explain price, duration and allowances before payment. Purchases are one-time and do not automatically renew. Verified payment activates access. Staff and superadmin accounts have payment-free access in all environments. Membership never guarantees matches or replies. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded; payment and refund questions should include your reference.

Service limits and changes

We cannot guarantee continuous availability, accurate statements from members, personal safety or successful relationships. A badge is not a guarantee of identity or intentions. Demo profiles are labelled fictional. Features and terms may change; material changes should be communicated through the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Leaving and contacting us

Delete your account through the account settings. Retained payment records and backups are explained in the privacy policy. For account, moderation or service questions, contact support@kinomos.com.
